Really, you have not a better idea to mobilize people in MU than encourage them to fight in meaningless battles and gain unnecessary exp?

Div1 and div2 shouldn't fight at all, until there are important battles for Armenia. They should gain strength, not experience.

Going this way you raise young generation of armenian div4 with low strength. They will be powerless on the battlefield, wherefore many of them will end the game. Very bad idea.

Lady with all the respect, do you think Armenia has the money to support all the players providing them training contracts?

Consider giving them a loan for upgrading their TCs.

Did I mention something about TC?

How they will train then? 5 strength everyday? they will log in train for 5 strength and log out ? ?

I told you before and I will repeat it again. Erepublik is not a game for month or 2 months. People play this game for years to have good character. You must plan your character developement for months. There are many people who abandon their characters after months and created a new one, because they made too much exp.

The only reasonable path of development for people who want to have warrior character in this game is to invest in streight. Obviously, you can create character of journalist, businessman, politician. But your article is directed to army. For young warriors from div1 and div2 most important thing is to do not waste exp on unnecessary battles. This is not MY IDEA. This is universal advice, that has proven to be right in countries older than Armenia.

Don't write to me that one month old character will not train 90str/day. Of course he wont. After some weeks he will upgrade his training grounds and train with 20 str/day. It works that way. As I told you before the best way for Armeninan young people is to have div1 character with 30 000 str, not div4 character with 5000 str.

There are other ways to build in game society that encourage people to useless leveling.

My lady, I am doing my part to make them win something, so there will be some competition, because i dont see some other programs to encourage our citizens, I hope we will be working together, and break this silence.

There was just Plato's missions How to build empire, where people could win also points of str.

You want to animate armenian society? Think about our irc channel. This game base mainly on irc and players interations, because economy is almost dead and fun on the battlefield starts after months of the playing. Now in #eArmenia channel nothing happens.

They need to fight to win this weapons.

people only fight will get the weapons, so they already fought and they can use those weapons to fight more (because they wanna fight)
but i agree with you about div 1-2 should fight.

Message all young players, telling them dont fight, only train 5 strength and log out, this is what you have to do only in erepublik, and watch there answer, or they will just leave Armenia.

@Chievo.Kevin I was commander of academy for young players. So yes, it's the way how it's work. We accepted young players on our MU, then we told them: do not fight, do not exp, just train you strong enough. And yes, they stayed with us, because this game is about people not just some work/train/fight buttons.
