Why?
according to him and others these would be acceptable options in votes.
(CoC) so allowed to share this nugget.
Haha no secrets in that debate. Just the same old.
I like, how odan needs to compulsively lie.
"Why?" is indeed a good question regarding that.
The main point, in this case, is whether "Njet" is valid as a vote. There are dictionaries which include this as a Dutch word (for example https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/njet). Also in Flemish, this word is used, e.g. https://vrttaal.net/nieuws/njet-njet-njet
However, judging by this second source, it is mainly used in politics (which I would say is not unlike eRepublik...)
In any case, our CoC claims that he does not understand this word to mean "No". It is some weird foreign language...
This article clearly shows that there are a lot of ways to say No in foreign languages, which would not be recognized by a typical Dutch person. Including the Russian spelling of nyet (which is the English spelling).
Honestly you guys in Congress need to stop this foolish behaviour and just say no or nee.
Niet alles hoeft gemierenneukt te worden. Doe maar normaal. Etc.
It really isn't rocketscience to type two letters or three. We are after all the Netherland, not greece, like stay away from words with different writing systems idunno. you guys have too much time to whine about this and all.
This all seems pointless.
