[MoF] Statement by the Ministry of Finance

Day 4,851, 06:58 Published in Canada Canada by Canadian Ministry of Finance

After receiving reports of the misappropriation and embezzlement of government funds by the current sitting President of Canada, and having received a request from the current congress of Canada, the Ministry of Finance is launching an investigation into the alleged misuse of Canadian taxpayer funds.

The Ministry of Finance takes matters such as this very seriously. A thorough investigation will begin immediately as to whether national funds were embezzled from the Canadian treasury and taken for personal gain by the current sitting president and any other cabinet ministers.

Furthermore, in an effort to ensure there is no misappropriation of public money, the Ministry of Finance is also conducting a full audit of Canadian finances. This includes all income, expenses, assets and liabilities, along with the location of government funds.

The Ministry of Finance is an important ministry for Canadians no matter where they are in their life. As such, it is crucial that the integrity and trust of the Ministry of Finance is upheld in the views of all Canadians. It is with this in mind that we conduct this investigation and audit.
