This stands for Bone Idle Boys, lazy players who once get to play party president do nothing, don't write articles don't play politics just troll.
The UK is under keithunder serious BIB player's like Looney Ludgate and horse play Huey are more like scarecrows than party presidents.

I call for politics to return to the table rather than the juvenile shenanigans by all sides of the spectrum.
