Food and weapon prices stabilising
With the constant stream of tournaments recently, food and weapon prices skyrocketed around the world. This spike wasn’t just evident with Q7 weapons either, although they were the first to spike many players realised they were unable to sustain using Q7 weapons they moved to a lower quality. However, now the tournaments are over (for the time being) despite the brief excitement, many citizens are hoping for a short break to replenish their bank accounts.

Argentina
After recently successfully wiping the entirety of Brazil, Argentina didn’t have long to sit and boast of their accomplishments. Not long after the war concluded, Macedonia launched an attack from their holdings in New Zealand. With both nations having a large, active player base and being a part of opposing alliances, this will be an interesting war to watch.

Australia
Australia remains completely occupied by both Indonesia and Macedonia. Despite launching a number of resistance wars, they have been unable to dislodge their occupiers. Recently however, Macedonia has diverted their attention onto attacking Argentina, so Australia and their allies remain hopeful this distraction will allow them to hopefully launch a successful resistance war.

Brazil
Despite having the largest population in game, Brazil was unable to withstand the Argentine attack and was defeated with relative ease. While Brazil has been able to stand on their own for some time, it appears that their lack of alliance and relatively few Mutual Protection Pacts has meant that in times of need they have few other countries to call on.

Denmark
Denmark currently faces conflict on two fronts, with two occupying countries: Germany from the South and Romania from the north. While they have been able to secure a small amount of territory from Germany, they haven’t had any luck dislodging Romania. Denmark has very allies to call upon and is not part of an alliance, so it’s doubtful they will be able to hold out against two larger enemies for an extended period. The only thing working in Denmarks favour at the moment is their willingness to throw money at the conflict.

France
After being wiped for a while, France has been able to recently regain the southern part of their country and hold onto it for a short while before having that territory lost again to Serbia. When I recently chatted with their administration, they told me they had no plans on attempting to regain territory currently held by Poland. However, things change quickly and with a recent resistance war launched in Polish controlled territory, the opinions of the French may be changing.

Germany
With the southern part of their country occupied by Poland, a member of an opposing alliance for Germany to expand their borders, they will need to head North, which they have done with their attacks on Denmark. While it was assumed it would be a relatively quick and easy war, Denmark has proved to pack quick a punch. With Romania moving in from the North on the remainder of Denmarks territory, it looks doubtful whether Germany can secure a complete wipe of Denmark on their own.

Hungary
Hungary’s push into Russia has been very successful, with Hungary occupying all of Russia’s remaining territory. Hungary is now in a confident position, able to quell with relative ease, resistance wars by not only Russia but Ukraine also.

India
While India made a recent push to regain territory, they were not able to hold onto it long before Croatia conquered them once again. The President of India is facing growing difficulty with uniting his nation, with a number of high profile players dissatisfied with the current countries direction.

Indonesia
Indonesia has been able to comfortably hold onto their acquisitions on the Australian mainland, there has been a few resistance wars, however Indonesia has been able to withstand these with relative ease. If history repeats itself, as it frequently does with Australia the government will spend a bit of time occupied before funneling cash into the nations Military Units and mercenaries to dislodge their occupiers.

Iran
The Iranian government has been working on improving their relations with a number of other nations in eRepublik. As they aren’t a member of an alliance, they rely on a solid number of mutual protection pacts to help augment their defence. The majority of their recently signed Mutual Protects Pacts have been with a number of countries from the alliance TWO, however the president has publicly announced that despite this, Iran isn’t necessarily pro TWO.

Mexico
With Poland occupying almost all of the USA Mexico has been worried they would head further south after they are finished with America. As a precaution, they declared Poland as a natural enemy. In the meantime, Venezuela swooped in from the South and occupied a large swathe of Mexico.

Netherlands
With their recent agreement with Poland to have their territory returned not going ahead, the Netherlands recently launched a resistance war to attempt to regain the territory anyway. After a fierce battle the Netherlands was able to regain a territory and is now looking to gain another.

New Zealand
New Zealands remains entirely occupied by Macedonia and despite a few attempted resistance wars, have had no success in dislodging their occupiers. They remain hopeful, now that Macedonia has focused their attention on Argentina that they will have more success in the future.

North Korea
North Korea remains a fractured nation. While an underground resistance is constantly operating in the background, with many of it’s leaders residing in other countries for a number of reasons. There is concern however, that with so many former residents spread around the world that they will become too ingrained in their new countries to return home.

Norway
Despite a constant stream of resistance wars, Norway has been unable to regain any lost territory from Romania. With Romania’s attention currently focused on Denmark, Norway may be able to sit comfortably on their remaining few territories for a short time.

Pakistan
With their home territory currently under the control of China and Iran, Pakistan has setup their new home in the Philippines, occupying almost all of their territory. With the Philippines showing little interested in having their territory returned, Pakistan remains in a stable position.

Poland
Poland continues to face a number of resistance wars in occupied countries, some sanctioned by the occupied countries’ governments and some hopeful citizens looking to obtain medals. Poland’s main focus at the moment is continuing with their occupation of the USA, with continued with relative ease.

Portugal
Recently, a resistance was launched in former Portuguese territory which they had agreed to give to Spain.

Republic of Macedonia (FYROM)
Macedonia has had complete success in retaining their recently conquered territory in New Zealand and Australia (the territory gained in Australia was given by Indonesia, as they didn’t require it for bonuses). They have since set their sights onto South America, declaring Argentina as a natural enemy in preparation for an attack on their territory. Argentina is a much, much larger nation however Macedonia is able to boast some incredibly active and dedicated players and very strong bonds with a number of their allies. Internally, Macedonia is focusing on a baby boom to help boost the country's population.

Romania
Confident in their ability to hold onto their conquests in Norway, Finland and Bulgaria despite a number of failed resistance wars, Romania has made a further push south into Denmark. So far, their attacks have been relatively successful obtaining a couple of territories. With Germany pushing up from the south and also attacking Denmark, Romania will need to move quickly if they plan on obtaining any further territories.

Russia
Despite being in a comfortable position for some time, Russia faced attacks from multiple directions and was unable to withstand the offensives. They have since lost the majority of their territory to Hungary, with Belarus also occupying a few regions. Unable to dislodge the Hungarians, Russia has now focused on trying to regain territory from Belarus.

South Africa
With the Brazilian threat entirely neutralised by Argentina, South Africa remains in a stable, secure position.

United Kingdom
With little to no external threats, the United Kingdom has expelled most of their energy attempting to reform internal institutions.

USA
Things are progressing further and further downhill for USA as Poland rampages across their territory. Almost entirely unable to hold off a Polish attack, the USA has done whatever they can to hold onto the few remaining territories they have left. As we mentioned in previous articles, the American government has been focused on both internal and external threats, with an attempted PTO not too long ago.

Venezuela
Venezuela has catapulted very successfully north into Mexican territory, easily being able to occupy a large percent of their country. With Mexican attention diverted, it looks very likely that Venezuela will be able to occupy more territory. There have been a few minor attempts to dislodge the Spanish who occupy a number of Venezuelan territories. It is not confirmed as yet if these resistance wars were sanctioned by the government.
