ok so I think im getting the hang of this
but why does a country in real life who would rather die than be not democratic have a dictatorship where you cant have a congress?

ALSO looking at the map and shit;
why is a small stupid country like Serbia who couldn't even win a war irl against croatia/bosnia so big & an "empire" like do they not realize that theyre trying to compensate for their country's lack of success irl?
