This program has been under my direct control since September 2009 and has been independent of all other immigration programs and ministries.

It is part of the legislative branch and therefore the Ministry of Immigration has no control over it; separation of powers and all that. Besides, is there any eCanadian who would want that? Aside from the Minister of course. There is a reason this exists. 😉

I am proud to say that I have approved a number of outstanding Canadians including James_Wiens, a 3-time Congressman and the current Minister of Health.

Caesar, perhaps you're not aware of the new law that was passed in Congress.

Only Eden approval, the rest checked by the CSIS.
