Buenas tardes conciudadanos ecubanos. Como ya se habrán dado cuenta, he sido elegido candidato a la Presidencia de eCuba por la coalición formada por Barbudos, Alternativa Cubana y Partido de la Liberación. Creo sinceramente que la mayoría de ustedes ya me conoce, saben quién soy y qué significa eCuba para mí, por lo que me voy a ahorrar presentaciones innecesarias.


Good afternoon ecuban citizens. As you've probabbly noticed, I've been elected as candidate for the Presidence of eCuba by the coalition formed by Barbudos, Alternativa Cubana and Partido de la Liberacion. I honestly think that most of you already know me, you know who I am and what eCuba means to me, so I will avoid unnecessary presentations.


Si bien agosto suele ser un mes de poca actividad debido a que mucha gente está de vacaciones, el mes que entra se presenta bastante interesante debido a las últimas actualizaciones anunciadas recientemente y que comenzarán a funcionar en las próximas semanas. Como muchos saben, soy un firme defensor de los pactos con eEslovenia y las TWs con los países Asteria, pero ciertamente estas actualizaciones cambian la situación, por lo que deberemos esforzarnos para conseguir posicionarnos de la mejor manera posible en el nuevo eMundo que está llegando. Así pues, paso a presentar el equipo.


While August is usually a month of little activity because many people are on vacation, the coming month is quite interesting due to the latest updates recently announced that will begin to work in the coming weeks. As many of you know, I am a strong supporter of the pacts with eSlovenia and the TWs with the Asteria countries, but certainly these updates change the situation, so we will have to strive to position ourselves in the best possible way in the new eWorld that is coming. Se seguirá buscando forjar amistades con países con los que firmar MPPs sin que esto afecte a las TWs, a la vez que continuaremos fortaleciendo las alianzas tradicionales, buscando dar apoyo a nuestros aliados, en particular a los miembros de la alianza.


We will continue to seek to forge friendships with countries with which to sign MPPs without affecting the TWs, while continuing to strengthen traditional alliances, seeking to support our allies, particularly the members of the alliance.

La idea es la de mantener las dos TWs actuales, las cuales han demostrado ser muy útiles para potenciar la actividad de los soldados, ayudando al país a aumentar notablemente su capacidad bélica. Mas, si bien se priorizará el control de las TWs, también se intentará ayudar en lo máximo posible a nuestros aliados, buscando hacer pegadas conjuntas tanto a nivel terrestre como aéreo, con el objetivo de conseguir una mejor organización y coordinación militar.


The idea is to maintain the two current TWs, which have proved to be very useful to enhance the activity of the soldiers, helping the country to significantly increase its war capacity. But, although the control of the TWs will be prioritized, we will also try to help our allies as much as possible, seeking to make common hits both on land and air, with the aim of achieving better military coordination and organization.

La prioridad absoluta en este mes será la de buscar los mejores acuerdos bilaterales posibles en el marco de las nuevas actualizaciones. Ya hay varios países interesados en la explotación de los recursos ecubanos, y el acuerdo con eEslovenia sigue vigente, por lo que analizaremos minusciosamente todas las posibilidades para llegar a la introducción de las actualizaciones con todo ya preparado.


The absolute priority in this month will be to find the best possible bilateral agreements in the context of the new updates. There are already several countries interested in the exploitation of the eCuban resources, and the agreement with eSlovenia is still valid, so we will analyze all the possibilities to arrive to the introduction of the updates with everything already prepared.

Se buscará mantener una comunicación fluida con los ciudadanos, para que estén constantemente informados tanto de las prioridades militares como de todo lo relacionado al desempeño diario del gobierno. Se potenciará el uso del grupo de Telegram, pero sin descuidar las vías ingame de comunicación.


It will seek to maintain a fluid communication with citizens, so that they are constantly informed of both military priorities and everything related to the daily performance of the government. The use of the Telegram group will be promoted, but without neglecting the communication channels.

Dada la baja tasa de natalidad que el país tiene, los esfuerzos de este ministerio se centrarán en las jugadores llegados de otros países, buscando que se logren integrar de la mejor manera posible en la sociedad ecubana.


Given the low birth rate that the country has, the efforts of this ministry will focus on players that come from other countries, seeking to integrate them in the best possible way in the eCuban society.
