Imagine a running race
there are 3 kind of Runner with 3 different pace.
They start running
After some time you can see their position it is Logical [No Problem here]
The guys that can't continue, gives up and others Continue.
Some new ones come to the race and start the Competition.
as a rule they want to reach others.
BUT there are some distance between them and the Older ones you can see the Distances.
some time later and the distances are the same.
new ones come and the race is continuing ...
later
and later ....
but no difference between the Distance.
Dear Admin this is the thing that happens in this game
as you know every player should have motivation to continue the game
When some one join today and see there are many older account that have already 7000 Strength and he cant reach them or even get close to them any way they give up and leave the game
So the solution is so easy and you had it before in V1
the strength increment shouldn't be similar in all strength levels
so here is a suggestion
the base strength increment (that is 5 now) could be something like the image below
after every 1000 (or some other value) 1 or 0.5 point less than before.
after a specific value of strength the increment gonna be fixed to 0.5 or 1 for example
and here is another suggestion
I think it is Clear
So you can save the game and make it more enjoyable and of course more fair by changing the strength increment formula
this was just my opinion maybe there is better one but i think it Works.
imagine 1 year later new player with 0 strength and Marco polo with 13000

It's fair that the old players who invested a lot of their time and real money stay a little ahead of the rest who are relatively new to the game.
But not like the one that we have now
This is a very interesting concept.. By using this method there will definitely be more motivation for new players to compete.. However, we should keep in mind that completely removing the gap between new and old players shouldn't be done, because that way it won't be fair for old players who spent a lot of gold and time here.. I hope admins think about this idea and make changes as needed..
