would it not make sense to get all countries to host a RW each week, in so much as to give players a chance to complete the resistance war and mercenary missions somewhat together?

It would, it would be really nice, but they (country politicians) are to lazy to even tell when there are going to be ordinary 100% RWs which they are well aware of..
