Join the new world

Hello, members of the Worker’s Right Party.

First I’d like to start off with introducing myself. My name is James Warren and I am fairly new to the party and eRepublik as a whole. I just now started to really to make my attempt to dive into the politics. My reasoning for not running last time was because I was advised by older members to wait a month before seeking after higher-level political positions. So after doing as hey told me, here I am! I’m glad did they did give me that advice; it really gave me a chance to sit back and learn from other leaders on this game. This doesn’t mean I will stop listening and taking notes from the older, experienced players. I’m Human and I have yet to fully understand everything about eUK and how it is ran, but I am always a willing learner.

Before I started creating this article, I did a bit of research. More specifically, I read FightAndProduce’s article just before he became party president. This is probably the top reason I created this. And I agree one hundred percent that we should keep in close contact with the top five parties. We are an upcoming part, quickly escalating to the top. I’m sure that the parties currently occupying the top five know that too. Our party’s growth rate has been exceptional and I wish to keep it that way. I do see us penetrating the top five within the coming month or two. There is something else I would like to see if I was to become the party president, that being a more active community. It would definitely make everything just that more fun.

Also, I would too enjoy seeing new members to join congress. As a new player, I understand that it is difficult to come across these positions. And if given the position of PP, I could definitely give he opportunity to those newer members who wish to take-part. I would also like to start incentives program for the party (like games & challenges to promote more activity in the party). And about our IRC channel, I wish to put more use to it. I know I’m not a very active member on the channel, but it would be great to have meetings once, or twice a week to get valued input from the members. Always remember, your ideas always make a difference and could effect how the party is ran. I believe everyone has that power and they should have the right to exercise it.
