The top five parties are full of dead/inactive players and people who can't seem to give up power.

want evidence? ... the top five parties have 2241 members. Only 2227 people voted in the last election. So ... no one not a member of a top five party voted?

second ... the average non iNCi congressman has served 5 terms in office. A dozen of them are on number 7+ ... do we seriously not have any good candidates, or do the top five parties keep nominating the same people and forcing anyone else who wants to run to do so as a "blocker"

Party membership numbers have always reflected a number of dead/inactive accounts.

It use to be worse.

why don't they just start over ... move all the active players to a new party, leave those who can't figure out why their party is dead ... that brings us to the second point, this will never happen because the party leaderships are scared of losing their top five status
