ONE - an alliance or bunch of guys playground?

As we can see at moment, ONE is in big troubles and there doesn't seem to be good organizing. So, where are the problems?
It seems that headquarter doesn't really exist, at least for me it seems so. Those people should be well known for everyone and doing everything they can do put armys into right place to shoot. But, where are our lovely MC-s or other important peole?
Sounds like somewhere hiding and playing their own games.
Changes are coming from countries at moment. Poland is starting to feel, why allies are important. Macedonia is helping more allies and starting to do missions for that. I hope there will be wake up call for Serbia soon and they would get their hands out from pocket and do something really good.
Another pretty important thing is, who is doing missions and who not. It seems, like TEDEN is doing better in that. Have you seen them pushing wall over 90%? I haven't seen it for long time. Something to think about, that your own greed may become your weakness.
For me, it seems that ONE alliance MoDs and CP-s should really start to communicate more, as it seems ONE HQ isn't really doing that well. Keep pushing the wall on right place until the enemy must retreat. Also should look for EDEN bots as there seems to be a lot of them at moment.

Secondly, few big questions for ONE HQ:
1) Why you had to get Slovenia, UK and Iran into ONE so fast?
2) Why it was first represented in Serbia MoFA newspaper, that Iran joins?
3) Why isn't ONE army working properly?
4) Where are real results of some development, not just articles?

I am looking forward to see some changes.
