New tool: Strength/rank simulator
Squirrel
I decided to remake the tool I originally had made for V1: the progress calculator. Back in V1 - that some of you might have never known - the highest rank was that of the Field Marshal. My original calculator simply calculated how long it would've taken you to become a FM and how much your strength would be by then.
Now we have more training options, more fighting options, a much wider strength scale and more ranks, so the old calculator has gotten useless ages ago! However, the situation has now been rectified as the new calculator can simulate your progress whether you're a fresh starter or a God of War (not that there's much to calculate then!), with any combination of training options, Natural Enemy options and any(
😉amount of fights per day with any(*
😉quality of weapons.
Please keep in mind that the calculator might still have some bugs to iron out, but I hope it's already useful! If there are rational feature requests for it, please comment or drop me a message.
Now go check it out!
(* Okay, there's some limits just to prevent abusing my webhost.)
(** Except the bazooka, because I don't think anybody always uses one.)
tl;dr Go simulate your strength and rank progress here.

great! V+S
Please enter a sane amount of daily fights.
will try tnx
You get that error if you try to hit less than once or more than 500 times per day. Might increase the upper limit a bit. 🙂
Great job!

cool was looking for something like this.
is there a way to divide hits? say 60 q5 hits against NE and 60 q1 hits against non-NE not necessary but would be nice 🙂
biaxident: That's actually a very good suggestion! I was thinking of making an option to enter a percentage of hits that would be against NE (after jaywalker71's suggestion), but that makes even more sense. 🙂
That is cool. Great job.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but how does NE bonus affect rank? You get the 10% bonus to influence, but there is no rank bonus as far as I can see on my own fights. So fighting against NE should not make one progress any faster (except for strength).
Also, the tool does not count the +1 str from daily tasks.
Kalle: Very good points both, thank you! I will fix those, I could have sworn they changed NE to affect rank some time ago... well, my bad.
@Author
You forgot that each day anyone get +1 str for complete daily tasks (
Nice job
