My Sunday Best and I'm a Sinner!

Day 3,699, 16:53 Published in USA USA by Dariuswolff

I was walking around the streets of the eUSA and found a note. I have edited out some of the racy content, this is for the most part a family oriented paper. The note was unsigned, but I am betting any of us could nominate one or more suspects with no trouble at all.

Here I am, all dressed up in my Sunday best, and headed off to the church with my head held low. for I AM A SINNER!

How do I know I'm a sinner? Not because I feel the slightest remorse for anything I've done. I calculated the consequences of every sin I committed and found the price worth paying. Very much so. I enjoyed the acts of sinning.

Adultery, you ask? That's one of my favorites. Sins of the flesh are a true delight. Admit it, you've done it too, SINNER! Shame on you, with a secret smirk of satisfaction on your face. Don't smoke that cigar, I got it from Bill Clinton. He called it a Monika and that they were made especially for him

Pride? Again so much a favored sin. After all I've been doing that one ever since your mother was turning cheap tricks in dark alley ways. But many members of congress take this sin to an extreme. Overestimating their ability is a great example of pride. The deliberate debasing of anyone who would show them their sins, or even to challenge the status quo.

Wrath is just another to which I freely confess. I watch the revolution happening in the streets of the eUSA and, here it is again, i take pride in knowing I have been a direct participant in the wreckage. Helped push the system to near it's breaking point. How's that? A double sin and it feels even better.

Duplicity isn't particularly sinful, but it feel that way, especially when you feel the knife slip into your best friends back. Often it is associated with the real sin of greed. Money obtained by betrayal is a very old story, not restricted to our culture. Duplicity and greed equal money in the bank. CA-CHING!

I would confess more, but I am feeling very deceitful today. 😃
