My Candidacy for President of North Korea

Comrades, I am running for president of North Korea. It is the time for North Korean citizens to triumph in this revolution! If I get elected we will finally have a leader who represents North Koreans, not just the Chinese.
I encourage you to read my past articles to know more about me.
Hear are some of my positions:
China:
We should buy back some of their territories, and then get a protection pact. If that doesn't work, we shall attack them very aggressively, with the help of our alliance. If I am elected, we will do everything we can to get back territories.
Alliances/foreign relations:
We must have close relations with a country if we are to win a war against China to get back our land. I am open to having relations with all countries, especially countries that are already enemies of China, like India or Japan. To do this, I plan on reestablishing the Minister of Foreign Affairs. This will allow many citizens to be able to be ambassadors to other countries.
Public:
Our government does not speak in public. I promise you that I will be our most public president yet. I will tell you all about my decisions, the pros and cons, the implications, everything. I will get public feedback from you which will influence my decisions.
Economy:
I will try to open up trade with other countries. Also, once we get land, I will increase the minimum salary to around 20 KPW. Next, taxes must be raised if we are to complete some of these goals. These taxes won't affect the average eNKer drastically. Finally, I propose that babys should get some food, money, or gold, in order to start off their lives in North Korea.
Cabinet:
I will choose my cabinet members very wisely, and I can assure you, the same people who have been in cabinet over and over again will not be in it any more if I am elected. I will select average eNKers. Contact me if you would wish to be in it.

Additionally, it would be good if you were to join the Great Nation Party, so we can assure a place in the Top 5.

We need to ally with the United States and Russia. Each of these have had China problems, as as South Korea. I think a pan-Korean alliance could work.

but im dont think india or japan will be real eNK allies, it is just incapable rebels that distract the enemy on several fronts, they can do it without our help. huge Russia, with good political intentions for us, will serve as a great military machine when we try to capture Asia, we should think of them as allies in the first place.
