In an altercation today, ARP founder MollyJo was caught ranting on camera by TMZ reporters. It is alleged they mistook her for her evil twin sister Bubbles.

As you can see the bizarre content could be interpreted as a possible CP run, the delusions of a maniacal genius or something much much darker.

I am not Bubbles, Bubbles is not my name, for the name Bubbles is not a correct name to address me by because it is not my name. If you were to address me by the name MOOjo Jojo that would be correct, for my name is MOOjo Jojo and I will only be addressed by that name which is MOOjo Jojo and futhermore it is not me who will rule the world it is I, I being MOOjo Jojo who is NOT Bubbles shall rule this world alone, which is to say without anybody else, and without anybody else shall I rule this world, and when this world is ruled by only one person and ((((by lots of ))))proof that one person who shall be ruling the world will be none other than me MOOjo Jojo..........MUAHAHAHAHA
