International Poll Regarding Political Module - Win Huge Prizes

Because my previous article: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-international-pee-ka-boo-what-we-see-and-what-we-don-039-t-see-in-erepublik--1995294/1/20 didn't had too much success, being serious, not having boobs or prizes I decided to change the approach.
I am interested in players' opinion regarding the political module so this time for only one answer you can win good prizes.
The total amount of prizes will be 100 gold divided to 100 players, so 1 gold for each selected player.
The conditions to qualify for the final draw are:
1) you must answer to the poll's question
2) you must add me as your friend (if you already have me in your list skip this step)
3) you must shout the article's title to your friends at least 3 times during the next 10 days in 3 different days
4) you must vote the article for visibility and write also the vote number in the same comment with your poll's answer
The event will last 10 days, in which you can vote/answer ONLY ONCE.
So the event will start on day 1590 and will end on day 1600.
Players with multiple answers will be removed before the final draw loosing any chances to win.
If the number of votes will be above 5.000 the prizes will be supplemented with 5.000 Q6 tanks divided to 100 players, so each lucky player will receive 50 tanks. You cannot win both tanks and gold - so only one prize will be awarded to a player.
Please allow 10 days after the POLL will be closed to make a final list of valid players and to send all the winnings.
So the prizes must be delivered latest on the day 1610.
And now the Question:
Inside the political module all the elections - for party president, for Congress, for presidency - have visible results on the election day - once you voted. Do you think that the partial results should be visible or hidden until validation process is finalized?

Secret ballot with weighted (level or experience points) voting.
You should have the option to make your vote public (such as real life exit polls).
Preliminary results should be published and the final results should show whose votes got cancelled.

vote 57 - should be visible, but each player should have an option to select if his vote is to be counted for the partial results, or remain secret until the end of voting. But this may be a little too complicated to implement.

All those that passed through congress know that having known the partial votes is the way to go, so no doubt that I'd like to see the same voting procedure as the one that is currently in place - Visible. Also, for the ones that haven't tasted the congress yet, they should know that if they want to do that in the near-by future, they will need to constantly see how many votes they have or need.

The initial idea of partial visible voting results (for those who already voted) was to enable political battles / political take overs. In other words - another kind of battle. In those days the citizenship didn't count too much (except for presidential elections, I think), but the battle was for congress.
Given that now you need citizenship to vote and so political take overs are very difficult to organize and take a lot of time, the vote should be secret until the end of the day.

Vote 78 - Given that the mibbit chat channels makes communicating the partial results that you see after voting , a simple task -> i suggest that all partial voting results to be invisible until the end of the elections !
Only a list of the candidates should be available and nothing more , to avoid takeovers and communicating partial voting results to other people who didn't vote !
