i think your stats is a bit off if one thinks that since november 2016 everyone joined or rejoined.

there are varying levels of activity it does not help that there basically are no real wars or enemies due to game mechanics.

Irrespective of when they joined there are still dead members in the MU the ones that are Inactive/not fighting might as well be dead also, sadly this is not confined to just your MU, its true for nearly all MU's, people are losing interest and moving on elsewhere.

However on the plus side you'll soon be able to call yourself the "commander of the Dead" if the present trend continues.

Don't need to run anything or read other peoples articles, like the title of this article says "I see dead people" and the IA is full of them, if they are not fighting or dead then you should kick them out and not artificially boost your numbers just to look good.

Although some might complain that the story presents religion, or, closer to the truth, the wrong religion, I associate it to the general human condition.
