It's a shame, that after the events of this month, I won't be eligible for CP ever again :/ 😃 .

Small specification: I talked with rengaru after receipt of the CS request in the Congress chat.

Everyone has to carry out only own duties. I agree with Janty F, that the notification of the Congress about CS requests isn't included into duties of MoD. Who has to notify? Everyone who is related to process of vote under law proposals: Dictator and congress members. Therefore not only the Dictator, but also the congress is guilty of the delay of notification.
Anyway, John Locked had started creation and discussion of the New Immigration Law. It will help us to solve partially the described problem.

Well, my anger is not only about this issue, although this is the most visible one. And if the Dictator isn't able to contact Congress (it is definitely easier than the other way around) and notices Aragorn's request only after five days, there is something wrong 🙂 .
And as I said, I'm happily awaiting fot that new law to finally be accepted.

Regardless of whether an article like this is made out of anger or patriotism, we must give measured responses and criticisms. Passion and anger lends to legitimacy, but is not particularly helpful in solving what problems we see.

I would have preferred you have spoken to me about your concerns in private, but nonetheless, thank you for your criticism now. I will address it, and I hope you understand me better for it.

Yet, anger is still a way how to efficiently deliver problems, that need to be solved. And if you are willing to solve them, that's some good news right here.

Well I do not understand why you blaming Miles. He has not rights to decide about cs in our system. He should be asked to give cs after approval and then give it. Thats all his needed work here.

It¨s not the only issue that I'm blaming him for, there are others as well. But as a Dictator or CP, he should be involved in a communication with Congress about CS's and other stuff. Yet his only statements about Congress are ,,Yell at Congress to vote" and ,,Congress is so inactive", yet the Congress actually votes (although there is a lot of chaos in a voting)... it's just he doesn't ,,care"... no, that's a wrong word... he is not asking directly for opinion of a Congress... he just assumes that he'll somehow hear about Congress opinion on a matter, that wasn't even presented to Congress by him or his government...

I dont think that he should be involved at all until it is approved by congress. If congress doesnt work properly he should probably try implement some change of organisation but generaly I think that dictator has enough problems to deal with.

And CP also has a lot of problems... and some of these problems probably involve discussing stuff with Congress - like the new Immigration law, which actually (I think) both miles and Congress know nothing about...
