How-to Guide: Join a political party

Day 842, 13:35 Published in Canada Canada by Gaius Julius Caesar00

So you have just joined eCanada and are surveying the political landscape? There are many different parties available for you to choose from, each with their own vision of Canada. First things first; there is no downside to joining a political party so please exercise your rights and join! Our democracy is only as strong as the faith our citizens place in it!

Once you have decided to join a political party, you must decide upon which one. One of the best ways to decide is to private message each Party President of the parties you would like to join and ask them a question about their party relevant to you. Whomever responds with the best answer can be the one you decide to join.

In order of the number of members, here are the political parties of eCanada along with a link to their Party President.

Each Party President or member of the aforementioned political parties is encouraged to make a statement as to why one might join their party. In that spirit, I would like to make a few statements about the party of which I hold the Presidency; the Canadian Paradox Party.

We are not the biggest party in Canada. We do not hold the largest number of seats in Congress, either. We have however launched the most citizens into the Presidency of Canada than any other party in eCanadian history. We are a party that respects democracy. Every member is equal in the CPP. We have no party council, privy council or the like. Instead, we have a body of members who each take part in the decisions we make.

We don’t seek to add Russia to our list of territories we control. We don’t wish to raise income taxes to 50%, or lower them to 1%. We believe in pragmatic solutions to the problems of today.

As Party President of the CPP, I do hope you will consider this opportunity and if it’s not to be, there is a host of other great parties below.

Thank you,

Gaius Julius Caesar00
Party President of the CPP
