Future plans [K5 for PP]

Day 3,277, 13:01 Published in USA USA by Kody5
Well it’s that time of the month again. The nominations are happening as we speak and I’ve accepted to run for re-election. I’ve been giving a few thoughts to what I’d like to do if I were re-elected and I think I have a few new and old ideas that I’d like to bring to the table.

The first thing and perhaps the most important thing I’d like to push with a second term is an ideal that I follow quite closely. I do not believe the Feds should be ran by the same administration every month. As long as we can continue to produce new people and get them involved I think it’s our party identity to allow them a chance to lead. So I would like to dedicate my month to focus on bringing new faces to the leadership of the party. There are a few people I can think of that have the drive to push themselves to the top and I believe my staff will reflect on this as I have very few old faces with jobs.

The next thing is that I will be trying to copy a few ideas that exist already in the executive. I’ve asked my media staff to double their article outputs giving us bi weekly articles and they seem excited to do it. 2 articles a week about party business is a quite a lot to fill and some weeks there's not much to talk about. So I have decided to ask the media department to adapt a WHPR style of writing. Meaning id like them to do interviews with members, create stories out of thin air, promote Federalist programs and to request other staff members to write their own pieces in the article. I believe if done correctly this can create a much better style of Federalist media and give our media staff something much more fun to do.
Another idea that's been floating around in the exec that I agree with is the idea of compressing the amount of staff positions so you can better focus your available people where it matters. I agree with this and so I have decided not to name an official vice party president. I will instead be transferring what little responsibility it has over to my CoS and I will also be asking my CoS to participate far more media, with about an article a week or assistance with writing in the Fed papers if needed, whichever works better for him.

Well there you have it, that's most of my new ideas if I am to be elected again. None of them are too complicated and I believe they can be accomplished with the staff that I have decided to take along with me. I have decided to leave out all of the obvious plans for the term such as the continued domination of the media, continuing the amazing work Shuji was able to do in RR and making sure we continue to dominate the congressional poals in the same fashion we have been. I consider those to be the bare minimum that I should do if I am re-elected.
I also was going to reveal my staff in this article but I’m starting to write another wall of text and I am trying to avoid that if I can, so stay tuned I will release my cab list tomorrow morning.

P/H!
