Fortresses for Everyone!

I have decided after butting my head up against the 'Fortress Strategy' wall enough times that I should take a page from their book. Stubborn absoluteness is the way to play the game. Up to this point I had been content in questioning the Fortress Strategy's evidence. I have seen however that there are to be no compromises when it comes to hostpital discussions.

With this in mind, I now fully support as many Q5 hostpitals as you want to build for yourself.
