I can't see how can someone nominate Claire when you have Delta in the story, on the other hand, she is still the best candidate here

Hm, I have nominated her. Don't see the problem, and don't really care about Delta or any other one.
On the other hand, you can vote for her if you think she's the best, or not, that's up to you.
