I'm happy to announce I've just been assigned by current sitting CO Exalted Druid the important responsibility of being the ambassador to USA and Pacifica. I plan on taking this task very seriously so the first step is reconnecting with our old bros to the south.
If anyone from your nation or alliance have any questions feel free to send them to me personally as a CP can get bogged down with work in game and IRL. I figured we should tackle a few issues remaining between our nations to start building our future friendship.
Neo
I was saddened to hear the rumours of congressional old farts clamouring for war against the great nation of Canada over Plato's resource lottery. You had some bad luck and now your bros to the north or whoever we choose get to bathe in the Neo while you get to watch.
Perhaps if our nations were on better terms we would have looked to rent it to you and not to those who would protect us against your constant threats and posturing. For a nation as large and powerful as USA you sure are a bunch of empty threat no backbone double talkers.
I've seen your congress has smartened up and realized war against Canada is not possible as we've made friends of our own over the years and they won't allow American temper tantrums on our land.
North Korea
I may have jumped the gun liberating North Korea as one of your distant colonies. I just did it for fun as there was no point to you being there and it was just the suppression of a tiny nation. USA could do better for its conquests if ya know you had anything inside those sacks of yours.
I decided to make the liberation decision for your govt personally before becoming an ambassador. It was just a waste of resources for you holding the colony and I've done you a favour anyways without all the congressional forum headaches.
Since I now have diplomatic immunity its best we just sweep the whole situation under the rug and forget about it. Its for the best of Canadian American relations moving forward.
Moving Forward
Whenever your nations govt gets its head screwed on properly, we can start being friends again. Of course this will take a large show of goodwill and faith to the Canadian people. It would take no less than every American Govt official apologizing to every Canadian citizen for past wrongs, mistakes and traitorous actions.

Actually, this reminds me of growing up as a young lad...
