If both are clearly won and you can wait for the next mini, do that. Some people will bleed off just enough health in the current mini, get their counter down so that they get their next 100 health.

Although I appreciate the attempt, and the formatting and how to parts are amazing, it would be better to stay wiped to help eliminate the pto, and rather help PH defend Palawan.
I am not a 3 clicker. The president is impeached and I have resigned my position as MoD. Turks are in charge now. Let them set the battle orders.
