Hi everyone,

it has been quite some time since our last Bargain, and this is mainly due to two circumstances: Consumer Prices in Ireland are incredibly low,.. and exchange rates are both volatile and unfavourable.

However, we discovered that Ireland has a lack of supply in Q4 housing at reasonable rates.
The only availavle offer on the irish market at the moment stands at rediculous 3020 IEP.

For a more reasonable price we would therefor like to point you to Italy today where Edile NGI is offering ONE Q4 house for 612 ITL (which translates to 1066 IEP), ..so grab it fast.

In any case there is another opportunity in Brazil:
There are two companies (Q4 - Universal Resort and NGI) that are offering 3 houses for around 435 BRL (1080 IEP), so there is a 2nd chance there.
