Are we cheated once more? (update)

Congratulatory note: (not included in the article)
First of all, congratulations to my newspaper, the Philippine Querier, for earning its 100th subscriber.

Our population grew by almost a hundred (100), and we rose some 5-6 notches in the population rankings, since the beginning of the administration of agent of chaos, our present president. But is this illusion enough to blind us of what is being done to the country's money?

The people may remember my expose of the administration's greed during the height of the PTO months. More than 500 gold and 300,000 pesos disappeared and I am one of the most ardent leaders that fought this rampant corruption of foreign domination over the Philippines. If I were correct, my rival agent of chaos was allied to the administration officials during that time. I think he was Minister of Foreign Affairs or something, correct me if I'm wrong.

Now, a similar case seems to arise this time. The government had been quiet in the past few weeks. Now it is less than a week before the next elections, but no government article was posted, except to that of ePece's introduction of the Pacific Clash missions (which is not his job anyway, but that of the Minister of Education Boy Pick Up, who now sided with the MAHARLIKA candidate). One more thing, the country's money and gold disappears without any notice from the recent government.

In the beginning of this term, Baz III Glow In The Dark III (MAHARLIKA Presidential candidate) told me that the Bank of Philippines is being utilized to earn the country some money since we have nor regions anyway. But now what?

Last time:

Today:

And we must remember that to the Bank of Philippines, Mustafa Olek proposed a 1400 gold donation (which the country won in the National Shield tournament) and Capo Karnakov proposed a 1500 gold donation (which the country won in the Epic Warfare tournament). Now, only 35 gold remain in the Bank, and there is now zero gold remain posted by the Bank in the monetary market. What happened?

The Philippine Defense Department received 20,000 PHP from the donation proposal of Nestorovski Ivan. Now, this is what remains. The only order from the Minister of Defense, Baz III Glow In The Dark III (also a Presidential candidate), did not provide any supplies for the Filipino fighters. We lost our resistance war.

Baz relates to me later that the funds are supposed to be used to liberate at least one region for Congress. Nothing came out of it, but the money is still gone anyway. Since there is no supply program also, where did the Defense funds go?

Last time same as today:

The 25,000 PHP in Philippine Army that remained intact the last time is now this:

However, I have found a missing link in this event that may have seemed to be a repetition of history. Baz told me when I began my term last July that he still had control of the PACMAN HQ, the org of the now defunct alliance known as PACMAN. That time, that org had insignificant amount of gold and money, so I let him to personally facilitate that org.

Now, it seems that the presidential candidate have used this now personal org to stock up all the gold and money traded from the Bank of Philippines and the other two national orgs. Only he has access to it... so far.

The current president, agent of chaos, gave one of our younger citizens this:

This citizen says that the Minister of Defense, which is Baz anyway, promised to distribute this reward after the tournament (most probably Pacific Clash). However, there are things to take in min😛

a) This seems to be selected distribution since not all citizens, including me, were given this "reward" (even if I fought in the past three tournaments). Why is this? Are they planning to overkill the upcoming elections by using the money to buy out votes? And to think that it was agent of chaos who accused me of vote buying in the last August elections. Overkilling the elections was already done by the past PTO administrations as well, notably that of Ninobitpazarec, who distributed Q7 weapons to garner votes in the April elections. I lost there.

b) There is not published distribution list for this reward before it was given. When I promised to give individual rewards for fighters of the 2nd MU tournament, I prepared a list of 44+3 citizens who fought there, and organized a progressive distribution with the help of Liana Paldrov, then the Finance Minister. I did not publish it because no gold was given out to the Bank of Philippines at that time.

Is the government trying to hunger our citizens by not initiating any supply program and then give out a small parcel at one burst, while noting that elections are indeed near?

424 gold is on sale by PACMAN HQ in the monetary market. Why not let the Bank of Philippines handle it instead? Since it is a national org that can be accessed by the president? So that in the event the President does not come from the MAHARLIKA-RDPM bloc, he or she will be left penniless to do anything more than stocking up the Treasury once more? I'm just speculating, since it is hard to gather information in a silent, opaque government.

Also, if you divide the money of Baz's personal org (148,613 PHP) to the floor price of gold (200 PHP), that will amount to more or less 743 gold. Only 424 gold are on sale. Thus, a total of 1,167. A staggering 2,900 gold is supposed to be in government handled orgs basing on the donation laws passed. Where is the 1,733 gold?

The citizen only received an equivalent of more or less 12 gold. If they donated all those 1,733 gold to 144 citizens (basing on that citizen's reward), will at least half of those 144 citizens, that is 72, speak up and prove the innocence of this government from graft and corruption?

One more thing in relation to this, did Boy Pick Up receive reward so as to shift his support to Baz's candidacy? Or was he promised a Cabinet position that will handle some of this gold and money? Our former president must be saying something now. Is he not part of the opposition anyway?

Finally, no hard feelings, please. We are all in this together (High School Musical, anyone?), working for this country's betterment, are we not?

For those money and gold that can still be seen, what course will they go now?

For unity, for stability, for progress

In this post script, I just want to help a friend in her campaign. So, Liana Paldrov for Country President of the Philippines. "Let the youth of this be country empowered once more."
