Join the new world

So, here I'm again. My previous account got banned. My initial reaction was, maybe it was a mistake and I appealed to repeal. The ban stayed. Did they even review? I doubt it. Then I sent another detailed ticket asking for proof. No response. Rinse and repeat.
So I finally gave up hope and made a new start. All for good I guess. I didn't have to witness the abomination of the CP election.

But this is not about that. This is about the unfair and biased support staff. Based on no apparent proof, without any explanation whatsoever, I was banned. Could it be, the game doesn't make enough money to afford a honest staff? Or, its just another addition to the long list of things wrong with the game?
