TC is a family, we know that. But how does a family stay strong?

It is because each of us, by being who we are, hold a responsibility with our personalities. It's not an obligation, but an appreciation to be ourselves.

The Comedians
The Hard butts
The Aggressive
The Light Hearts
The Relaxed
The Worker Bees

They all hold together a part of the family and TC that keeps it strong. And each member holds two of those traits. ( I held Comedian and Light Heart )

The Comedians keep things fun, funny and exciting in TC. You'll never really know what they're going to say and so it stays random and a more 'free' workspace is sort of created from having them around. Without them, it just wouldn't be as fun or personal. They are very important for keeping new comers interested and excited about getting to know other members better.

The hard butts keep things in Order and straight. They are sort of the police of TC. They get things done by the books and make sure you stay in line and let you know when you're stepping out of line. They make sure work gets done and everyone is taken care of. Without them, TC would be chaos and just either to aggressive to the point of many members quitting, or to free as to where not much would get done by the lower ranks.

However, The Aggressive members are needed. But only a couple of them. They make sure, by all cost, that work gets done and meets the upper members standards. They are the drill sergeants of TC, and a very important part of it. They keep things running smoothly as they are not afraid to draw blood, they are the fear factor of TC. They are some of the most respectable members of TC as far as work effort goes ( Not saying anyone slacks a bit ) as they are always on top of things.

The light hearts are the compassionate side of TC, and again, some of the most important members. Why? It's because they honestly, truthfully care about others. They are the welcome wagon, they are the first friends a member will have, they keep spirits high and keep things moving in a steady pace. They unconsciously keep TC a loving family. They are the peace keepers as they can tend to anybody without favor. They are so important, that I must say that are at least half of what erases the line between game and life.

The relaxed are the quiet ones, they look after everybody and everything and do their work without shouting about it. They are the ones that everybody wants to get to know, they are nice, welcoming, but they are busy. They are busy keeping their spaces tidy and watching the conversations go by. They may join the conversation slightly, they may seem cold and distant. But they are the brains of TC, they pay attention to you and are always there to help.

The worker bees are the game side of TC, they are all business and keep Life out of it without trying. They do their job all day long and are very highly respected by new comers due to their efforts in training them. They are the helpful and are the hard at work hands that fine tune TC into what it is. Without them, very little would get done in the lower members. They are essential for TC's survival.

Together they draw and erase the line between game and life. Keeping it balanced, fun, productive, and loving. Each member, no matter what their job in TC is, they also have just a strong duty to stay themselves.

No one needs to know or look for who these people are, it will become clear over time. There's no need to force being funny if you feel you're a comedian, or to be as relaxed as possible. It has to remain natural to who you are. It's the only way it works, it must be you. And by being naturally who you are, it all remains in balance and the personalities stay in perfect harmony. And so TC remains perfect.
