On behalf of the fags. . . being a gay male might make me a bit of an expert here, we find the use of the term, as you used it to be offensive.
I never understood where the eRep term "oldfgts" and "oldfags" came from. It always seemed terribly crude to me.
But as this is a browser game and ought to have literally ZERO to do with real life, I chalked it up to the idea that all of eRep's nomenclature should be subject to an eRep definition. It has ended up bothering me far less than I expected, though I never use it myself.
As to the link, I would say that a simple disbelief in any gods is not quite the same as actively denouncing them.
