[UK] Training War - TL;DR Let Georgia land + Sweden update

Greetings citizens,

I have agreed the details for a training war with the president of Georgia. We have to ensure their A/S is successful. So please do not fight against them in the A/S battle (or you can even help them in the A/S battle). After that they will sign a few MPPs. It would be better to have a real war, but it seems the entire game is based on training wars currently. We have informed Orion and Romania, none had issues against it.

Here are some details.

- Georgia will land in South West of England
- Georgia will win direct battles and the UK will win the resistance wars, until both sides decide to change the terms
- Georgia is not allowed to conquer these regions - London, East of England, East Midlands, Yorkshire, North East of England. Georgia can attack these regions, but the UK has to win in the direct wars
- Minimum duration of the training war will be 7 days, after that it will end when one of the sides wants to end it. All regions that are occupied will be returned to the UK

Sweden will be part of this training war and take a load off Georgia.
