From the source of eS. Korea Herald eS. Korea Herald- Official Uprising War by NAP violation of eRoC it appears from the South Korean viewpoint eRoC broke the NAP. This all started in NE regular battle in Gyeongsangnam-do and it disturbed both governments. Damage from eSK damage exceeded the expectancy of damage due to radicals in the 1st Special Forces Brigade. Laid out in the conditions of the NAP, eSK never had the intent to win the campaign and they back up the facts that there was no official DO, battle order, COTD setting and CO. eRoC came out the victor in the campaign.

eSK stands by the position of that eRoC is misled by placing blame that eSK violated the NAP due to events in the NE battle of Gyeonsangnam-do and eRoC violating the NAP by setting a CO and COTD in the RW of Gyeongsangbuk-do. Whatever the case is that both sides resolve the situation. It is the hope that this does not lead to a further crisis and it doesn't put Pacifica into a uncertain situation.
