Македонска верзија (МКД)

Најпрво да ја поздравам ПП која сите ја добивме и намерата на Админиве конечно да се заинтересираат што мислат играчите во врска со играва, измените и модулите. Го пополнив прашалникот и го испратив... иако веќе се направија многу промени сепак се надевам дека Анкетава ќе послужи за уште некоја нова дополнителна позитивна корекција на играва.

Затоа еве еден предлог од мене до Админите кој го пишав и на самата анкета а се однесува на делот на Економскиот модул на играва.

Би сакал да го предложам следново - Во иднина секој вработен да прима процентуално (😵 онолку % од платата, во зависност од тоа со колку проценти (😵 од сопственото здравје работел дента во фирмата. Односно секој вработен да се наградува процентуално со платата согласно трудот и придонесот за фирмата. (продуктивност = плата)



Пример, работникот работи за 10 МКД плата а дента работи со 30 здравје (30% од максимално здравје), тогаш да добие само 30 % од платата предвидена за него или само 3 МКД за трудот.

На овој начин ќе се избегне штета на фирмата од оние камикази работници и дополнително ќе се стимулираат вработените да внимаваат на своето здравје а со тоа да помагаат повеќе на своите фирми, државна економија и на крај на самите себе (поголема плата).



Во Македонија за ова се вика - Колку пари толку музика!

Дополнение: уште една идеја за промена по предлог на Којоти2 ... Работодавачот (газдата на фирмата) да не не може да дава отказ на вработените во првите 3 работни дена.

Со ова ќе се спречат 1dw фирмите да жонглираат со вработените и со тоа да прават нефер конкуренцијата на пазарот и да ги уништуваат останатите фирми и целата економија.

На крај, многу е битно двата предлози да идат во пакет!

First let me greet the PM that all of us received and the intentions of the admins to finally show interest in what players think about the game, the changes and modules. I have completed the questionnaire and send it ... although already made many changes were made, I still hope that the Survey will bring some new additional positive correction in the game.

Therefor here's a suggestion from me to the Admins that I have also wrote in the survey itself and it refers to the part of the economic module of the game and workers motivation.

I would like to propose the following - In the future, every employee to receive a percentage (😵 of the salary, depending of the percentage (😵 of health that they had on the day they worked in the company. This means that each employee should be rewarded with a percentage of salary according to his labor and contribution to the company (productivity=salary motivation of the workers).




For example, an employee works for 10 MKD (or local currency) salary for his working skills level and that day works only with 30 health (30% of maximum possible health), then he should receive only 30% of his prescribed salary for his Labor or in money that is 3 MKD (or local currency) .
100 health = full salary, in this example 10 MKD (or local currency).

This way we will avoid the damage to the company that comes from those so called "kamikazi" workers and this will further stimulate employees to take care of their health and to give real contribution to theirs companies, their state economy and ultimately to themselves (higher wages).


In Macedonia, for this we say - "How much money that much music!" or "more money, more music!" : )

Update: another great idea for further change proposed by Kojoti2:
The Employer (boss of the company) should not be able to fire the employees within the first 3 working days of their employment in the company.

This will prevent 1 day work companies to juggle with the employees everyday and to make unfair competition on the market and to destroy the rest of the companies and the whole economy in the country.

Finally it is very important that the two suggestions should be accepted in a package in order for the change to have effects and solve the problems!
