[OBA] New supplies & Weekly leaderboard

Since this week, OBA has new and better supplies then before, let's look this :

This table is an example ! It doesn't represent the real "Times worked" of each member.

As you can see, the daily supply is now 150 food (in place of 50 !) and still 5 tanks.

The weekly bonus stays (and it stays 1 day of work bonus, so now it is 150 Q5 miam and 7 tanks) but we removed the monthly bonus, which wasn't really fair for everybody.

We also added a free supply of 100 Q5 food/week for each member who doesn't work for the military unit because everybody need food !

Congratulations for being 4th in kills for our first week in eBelgium !

Let's try to make more and more kills !

Also congratz to our brother military unit Olympus Belgicae, who ended first !
