[New Project] Irish Red Cross

Hey, what's up mates, how are ya all doing?

I am really excited to present you the newest project in our little but great community. It's all about helping each other once again – and it is called ''IRISH RED CROSS''. I believe the name speaks for itself and you already got the idea of it, but how is it going to be implemented within the eRepublik game mechanics, will be explained in this article.



First of all, I want to thank kuthesh for welcoming my idea for this organisation, it would not have happened without his permission and support. So thank you, Supreme Leader.



Purpose

The purpose of the Irish Red Cross is to help us grow stronger together with united efforts. I believe that such noble initiatives will help us develop faster as an eNation and will also attract more foreigners to join us. We also want our players to be happy and this is another contribution to this goal.



Donations

Every week or 2 an article will be published urging people to donate to the Red Cross, no matter what – food or weapons, gold or cc. Every donation will be highly appreciated! The donated food and weapons will be kept in our storages as such, they won't be put on the markets for sale – and will be used for supplies. The donated cc or gold will be also kept as such. What I want to say, if you donate food, we will donate food back to somebody else and etc...

Safety of your donations

For now, we will be using my account for this activity but in the near future we might take an org, rename it and use it – this will make things look so much more official, but it does not depend on my opinion. We will see what happens.

In order to make sure no funds are touched by anyone, a weekly reports (nickname – donation - date) will be given in the press and a google document will be available 24/7 for you to check the progress. When making a donation to my account, my strong advice is to leave a comment under the article saying what you have donated – I will give it a vote when I put the data in the google document sheets. I believe these are the best safety measures we can take.



How to apply for funds from the Irish Red Cross

There will be certain rules to follow. First, of course, you need to be an Irish citizen (for more than 2 months) and second, you will be obliged to fill a form that will give us the idea what you need, and what you need it for. If you are applying for supplies, of course, not much of an explanation will be needed but when we are talking about training grounds upgrade, or the need of funds for something like this – we will need the plan for your account.

Last but not least, you need to have already made a donation to the Red Cross even if it is a SYMBOLIC ONE. The last rule is not valid for our babies – they will get all our love with no such requirements.

The giveaways will happen when enough funds have been gathered.



Who decides who gets funded by the Irish Red Cross

It is most likely that supplies will be received by almost everyone that has applied for such, but for bigger funds it is doubtful and it is understandable that not everyone will receive the support of the Red Cross on their first try. For this, a commission will be formed – our CP kuthesh will assign the people in it – they will be the ones to decide who deserves sponsorship most at the moment of their application according to what they need. The aim of the commission will be to concentrate on fully helping someone, so they can do the same for someone else the next time. The criterias will be to first help the ones who need it most.



About the commission of the Red Cross

As I said, our CP kuthesh will assign the members of it but changes can be made in the following mandates by the new Country Presidents.
