[MoHA] The CMP Winner October 2018

Day 4,003, 13:55 Published in Netherlands Netherlands by Ministerie van Media en Recrui

6:00 AM the alarm is ringing. A bit dizzy from the long night before I quickly get up and make myself ready to travel to the Ministry. It's a special day, the last day. At the train station where my train leaves for The Hague, I cast my vote for the next government even if I already know what the results will be. After arriving at the Ministry, no one is there. Most of the employees will arrive later, or not at all today. The familiar feeling returns, although this time it's different. I feel a sense of pride as well, even though I don't really deserve it to feel that way. At least I fully completed the term this time. It's time to pack my things and leave the Ministry in the good hands of my successors. But before leaving this all behind and heading back to congress, I have only one more thing left to do...

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

It's time to announce the winner of the Community Media Project for October 2018! The jury has discussed the 5 nominees extensively, and came to an unanimous decision. What we were looking for was an article that calls for discussion, that activates the community, innovates, teaches us new things, generates fun and excitement or inspired other writers to write. Almost all of these values were present in the article of the winner! Not only did he write one good article, but he wrote several. In fact, he wrote 12 articles this month! The winner, of the Community Media Project for October 2018 is:

I will sign off as Minister of Home Affairs, but don't you worry, the Community Media Project will continue for November as well. The details of this will follow. Can you write something better than my pitiful attempt at the top of this article? Do you want to earn money with someting else than just fighting? Be inspired by all the good articles we had the past month and take your pen out of your pocket and get some paper. It's time to write!

The Community Media Project is a new initiative started in October 2018 in it's current state. The government is looking for improvements, suggestions, criticism etc. to further improve the project. We considered several things before starting the project and we will continue to do so. If you have any ideas, please let them know, so we can take them into account.

Thanks for reading this article and for writing the other articles!

Minister of Home Affairs
