Join the new world

First of: Thanks to the parties who support me ingame, it seems like I am already the CP for next month...one reason more to not dissapoint the high hopes people and parties pined on me.

So what is there that I've planned for next month?

Of course I want to continue the activity/information politic in my government and from me throughout the next month. I think we did a good job this month and I am fully comitted on keeping that job up. I will of course also continue to work together with our honorable congress in every important matter and will inform them beforehand.

The ATO-Issue will still play another big part in the next term. Though there are alread some Serbians who've left, I will see to it, that also the rest of that pathetic bunch won't have any more victories or fun in our country. There is no place for PTOers in Germany and Denmark!

A last big point which has to be done is a reform of the Buneswehr, our state-army. Right now, the Bundeswehr is too inactive, too unflexible, too much backwards. There have to be some radical changes, or we will need another reform in the next 2-3 weeks again. I've already put a basic plan on what to change together which i published for the BW in its forum to discuss it.
Everyone of the Bundeswehr know, that it can't go on like it does now, but to actually do changes, it needs someone who leads the way (protip: that someone would be me).




Apprenticeships and Ministers:

Of course my cabinett is still not complete yet, especially people who want to be actively involved are always needed.
Even though I will write personally to some persons I want to have in my government, I would prefere proactive persons who tell me directly that they want to take part. You can always write me a message ingame, or (even better) write me on the irc.

Some last words about my cabinett: I expect my ministers to do work on their own, but I will ofc. help them when it is needed (more words about that in my next article). Moreover, I see it as obligatory, that every article gets published in at least 2 languages, German and English (i frankly don't care if you want to translate it in French aswell 😁). After all we are a Union!

Also was ist der Plan fürs nächste Monat?

Natürlich will ich die Aktivität/Informationspolitik in meiner Regierung und von mir selbst das nächste Monat durchgehend beibehalten. Ich denke wir haben den Monat gut gearbeitet und ich stehe dahinter, diese Arbeit auch so weiterzuführen. Natürlich werde ich wieder mit unserem ehrwürdigem Kongress in allen wichtigen Angelegenheiten zusammenarbeiten und ihn im Vornehinein informieren.

Das ATO-Problem wird immer noch eine große Rolle spielen. Obwohl schon viele Serben gegangen sind, werde ich mich darum kümmern, dass dieser bemitleidenswerte Haufen keine weiteren Siege einfährt und keinen Spaß hier haben wird. In Deutschland und Dänemark ist kein Platz für PTOer!

Ein letzter großer Punkt der gemacht werden musst ist eine Reform der Bundeswehr unserer staatlichen Armee. Im Moment ist die BW zu inaktiv, unflexibel und zu weit nach hinten gewandt. Es muss also ein paar radikale Veränderungen geben, sonst braucht das ganze in 2-3 Monaten eine neue Reform. Ich habe bereits grundlegende Pläne darüber was ich ändern will für die BW in deren Forum zur diskussion gestellt.
Jeder aus der Bundeswehr weiß, dass es so nicht weitergehen kann, aber um tatsächlich Änderungen zu bewirken braucht es jemand, der den Takt angibt (protip: dieser jemand wäre ich).



Lehrlingsposten und Ministerien:

Natürlich ist mein Kabinett noch nicht vollständig, vor allem Leute die aktiv mitarbeiten wollen werden immer gebraucht.
Obwohl ich persönlich einigen Personen die ich in meiner Regierung haben will, schreiben werde, würde ich es bevorzugen wenn Leute Eigeninitiative zeigen und mir persönlich sagen, dass sie mitmachen wollen. Ihr könnt mir jederzeit eine Nachricht schicken oder (noch besser) mir im IRC schreiben.

Ein paar abschließende Worte über mein Kabinett: Ich erwarte von meinen Ministern, dass sie ihre Arbeit selbstständig erledigen, natürlich werde ich trotzdem immer helfen falls dies nötig ist (mehr dazu im nächsten Artikel). Außerdem sehe ich es als ein Muss, dass jeder Artikel in mindestens 2 Sprachen, Deutsch und Englisch, veröffentlicht wird. Schließlich sind wir in einer Union!
