[GOVERNO] Comunicato ufficiale del nuovo Governo Democratico

Cari Cittadini,
come sapete, la Dittatura e' stata finalmente rimossa dal nostro paese, grazie allo sforzo congiunto delle nostre MU (EI, Elite, Audax, BPJ ,Italian Army, Pretorians, UMTA ) , e di svariati alleati e amici come Turchia, Croazia, Grecia (Gama-Myrmidons), Cile, Albania, Bosnia, e molti altri, i quali hanno offerto il loro tempo e la loro potenza di fuoco al servizio del principio democratico di autodeterminazione dei popoli.

Ora come ora, il governo e' impegnatissimo a ripristinare le strutture cadute in disuso, recuperare i fondi che sono stati frettolosamente messi in salvo a suo tempo, oppure a riappropriarsi delle utility che sono state utilizzate sotto il dominio della dittatura.

Nuovi MPP sono in fase di varo, in sostituzione di quelli imposti dal governo dittatoriale, cosi' come nuovi disegni di legge, in primis riguardo il cambiamento del regime di tassazione in vigore.

Ma, come ben sapete, o dovreste sapere, questo stato di cose e' ancora sotto l'ombra minacciosa di un ritorno della dittatura. Dopo dieci giorni dalla ripresa del potere, I ribelli perderanno il vantaggio in battaglia, dovuto all'accumulo di bonus determinazione.

Il nemico della democrazia, l'amante della tirannide, non attende altro per instaurare nuovamente su questo paese un clima di vessazione morale e fiscale, in modo da instillare sconforto, rabbia e rassegnazione nei cittadini eItaliani, molti dei quali sono fuggiti all'estero durante la lunga dominazione.

In questa prima fase, il primo punto e' rimarcare chiaramente che l'eItalia e gli eItaliani possono essere divisi, litigiosi, a volte anche gretti, ma che, se necessario, possono superare le loro divisioni ed essere forti, anche MOLTO forti, quando si uniscono per un fine comune.

Vogliamo rimarcare che qui non e' in ballo solo una questione di un misero fatto di gioco, ma c'e' in ballo l'esito del confronto fra due VISIONI di gioco.

La prima ritiene che tutto quello che viene permesso dalle regole, allora e' da considerare lecito, che sia l'utilizzare spregiudicatamente le proprie ricchezze per acquisire potere, o che sia il mercificare ogni aspetto del gioco, finanche il divertimento, rendendo di fatto impossibile agli altri il divertirsi senza una base di ricchezza reale da investire.

La seconda ritiene che esistano dei principi smaccatamente "etici" da rispettare, immateriali, quali il permettere a tutti di giocare secondo le proprie capacita', di poter contare qualcosa per quello che pensa oltre per quello che puo' spendere, e che il valore di un gioco come Erepublik sia fondato su una idea di contributo collettivo, tra coloro che investono denaro e tra coloro che investono semplicemente il loro tempo e le loro qualita' relazionali in esso.

Pertanto, il governo invita tutti i Cittadini, gli amici dell'eItalia e seguaci della democrazia, e in generale coloro che concordano con la seconda visione su cosa dovrebbe essere un gioco collettivo, ad unirsi allo sforzo per vanificare il prossimo nuovo tentativo di instaurazione di una dittatura in eItaly.

Questo sforzo non viene chiesto in nome di un interesse particolare e locale, ma per insegnare e capire, anche noi stessi, qual'e' la visione giusta.

Dear Citizens,
as you know, the Dictatorship was finally removed from our country, by joint efforts of our MUs (EI, Elite, Audax, BPJ ,Italian Army, Pretorians, UMTA ), and of several allies and friends like Turkey, Croatia, Greece (Gama-Myrmidons), Chile, Albania, Bosnia, and many others, who have offered their time and their firepower to service the democratic principle of self-determination.

Right now, the government is busy restoring the facilities fell into disuse, recover funds that were hastily rescued in the past, or to regain possession of the utilities that have been used under the rule of the dictatorship.

New MPP are being launched, to replace those imposed by the dictatorial government, so as new bills, primarily regarding the change of tax regime in force.

But, as you well know, or should know, this state of affairs lies still under the threatening shadow of a return of the dictatorship. After ten days of the resumption of power, the rebels will lose the advantage in battle, due to the accumulation of determination bonuses.

The enemy of democracy, the lover of tyranny, is eagerly waiting for another chance to re-establish in this country a climate of moral harassment and high taxation, so to instill despair, anger and resignation in eItalian citizens, many of whom fled abroad during the long domination.

In this first phase, the first point we want to stress clearly is that the eItaly and eItalians can be divided, quarrelsome, sometimes petty, but if necessary, they can overcome their divisions and be strong, even VERY strong, when come together for a common purpose.

We want to emphasise that there is not at stake just a matter of bare game events, but the result of the clash between two gaming VISIONS.

The first believes that all that is allowed by the rules, is then to be considered lawful, as unscrupulously using their wealth to gain power, or mercifying every aspect of the game, even the fun, making it impossible to others in having fun, without a basis of real wealth to invest.

The second considers that there are principles blatantly "ethical" to be respected, intangible, such as to allow everyone to play by their own ability; to be respected more on account of what he thinks than on the amount of money he/she can spend; and that the value of a game (like eRepublik) should be based mostly on an idea of collective contribution, between those who invest money and those who simply invest their time and their relational ability in it.

Therefore, the government calls on all citizens, eItalian friends and democracy followers, and in general on those who agree with the second vision, concerning what should be a collective game, to join the effort to frustrate next attempt to set up a dictatorship in eItaly.

This effort is not asked in the name of a particular local interest, but to teach and to understand, even to ourselves, what's the right vision.
