Greetings citizens of eIndia,

As I have teased and announced and by now hopefully many of you already know by now that I am running for country president of India. There will be five articles that I will post in my campaign to becoming country president of eIndia and this will be the third out of the five articles. In this article contain my manifest, my view on eIndia and what I would like to do with and for eIndia this upcoming term.

I know they aren't earth shattering or anything but I do have a clear vision of what I want for our country and what I want to achieve. I do not believe in making great promises because they are generally speaking hard to keep. As always becoming president is not be be taken lightly, it is a job that required that person to be around a lot and having enough knowledge of erepublik game mechanics. I will promise to take the job seriously and I will promise is to do my utmost in fulfilling my job and doing what is right for our country and protecting it against foes both external and internal.

Although you can never appease everybody whatever you do and how much you try to please everybody I do hope a majority of the eIndian citizens will agree with the majority of my manifest and will decide that on July 5th you will vote for me.



Foreign Affairs

Foreign Affairs Ministry of a country is one of the most important ministries together with the Ministry of Defence for a country, it can make or break a country. eIndia barely has any foreign affair or relation with other countries these days. The upcoming month foreign affairs is really we need to start working on, at the moment India does not really have allies. We have good relationship with countries with for instance countries like Macedonia and Bulgaria with who we have a training wars with but I am not sure if we could call them allies. One of the things I would like to see if making friends and allies with other countries, smaller countries for instance some of the countries I have lived in eBelgium, Netherlands and Switzerland where I still have a lot of contacts.

Defense

In my previous paragraph I already mentioned the trainingswar with both Macedonia and Bulgaria that we are involved in. The trainingwar is good for both sides, people are able to win True Patriot medals, Freedom Fighter Medals, Resistance Hero medals, Battle Hero medals and if they are lucky Campaign Hero medals. The Defense Department, like previous months will be vital this month with the trainingwars. Their main task this upcoming month will be coordinating with both Macedonia and Bulgaria to ensure that the trainingwars keeps going on as planned and how to best proceed with the TW and to coordinate about Resistance wars and when it is best for both parties to open the new Resistance wars.

Interior

One of the biggest assets in our country is not our army, not the companies, not the resources that is so very important in erepublik but the people of India, the community. It is the community of eIndia that makes it all worth it. The community is something we should cherish, it should be something that we need to keep in tact. We need to have activity so, I hope to have some activity in the media, some contest and would like the government to also encourage others to do this.

Finance

As long as nothing strange will happen the upcoming term there will be no big or strange expenditure and it will it be business as usual in the Ministry of Finance. With the limited income that India has out of their income with only a few regions most of the time because of Macedonia and Bulgaria. Our main source of income is is Macedonia and Bulgaria renting out regions for 10k cc and 15k cc. Possible the Ministry of Finance will also be active on the monetary marked to earn extra income that way.

Education

Ministry of Education does a lot of behind the scene work not really visible for everybody to see. New citizens are contacted and offered help in any way possible. Ministry of Education is a great retention tool if done correctly and help people who originally would quit the game because of the lack of information would quit the game or would end up being two clickers being pulled into the game as an active citizen who add somethings to eIndia. People in this ministry aren't miracle workers, 90% of the people who register for this game won't even log in or log in once and disappear, never to log in ever again. There is nothing that can do be about that and we cannot force people to keep logging in and keep player but we can help people who are interested in the game and who want to keep playing it and help them true the start of the game and help them. The Ministry will also post guides for new citizens explaining how things like for instance working and fighting works.
