I hereby nominate myself for Fed Viceroy.

Look, this is a new position. Tenshibo did it last month and he was garbage.

Well...that might be unfair. The actual definition for this position is pretty loose. “It’s what you make of it.” So I guess maybe Tenshibo didn’t really do a bad job, but considering he was selected because of his superb trolling abilities I think we’re all pretty disappointed that the only awesome thing he did with the job was write an endorsement for Orik and then delete it when it hit the top 5. That was hilarious.

I’ve done literally every job in this party at one time or another. There is one thing they all have in common- servant leadership. It’s all about how I can help you. How can I bust my hump to make your eLife moderately more enjoyable? How can I slave away thanklessly to help you get where you want to go, set up the party for long-term success and take a ridiculous amount of sh*t from the laziest and most entitled among us?? ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!! FEDS FOREVERRRR!!!!

This is why viceroy appeals to me. Viceroy isn’t about how I can help you. It’s about how you can help me. Or at least that is what I choose to make of it.

I want to be entertained. Dance for me, monkeys.

I have very specific things in mind, too, so make me your viceroy and become my personal playthings. I can’t promise you’ll enjoy it. Actually I know some of you most certainly will not enjoy it. But everyone else will.
