[CP] Information and updates

ISLAMABAD, China - Gentlemen, we are still erased. I apologize in advance for not being a "populistic" leader here, who tells you what you want to hear, but that is not my style, I am not a politician. Our status will not change if you do nothing about your freedom but talking about it.

Yesterday there was a meeting in EPIC, they repeated once again: bring your troops to the army channel. I ask myself, what troops? I have a plan, I asked you if you want it, but not many actually bothered to respond. Kudos to those who did.

What we must realize is following: we are now in an alliance, we must work for it. I have a plan to get us free, but I need every single one of you to cooperate. I understand having no regions lowers your motivation, especially for younger players, but if you don't stand up now, you will never get country back! Older citizens, you aren't gods! Wake up ffs! Forget about babyboom until some other, smaller issues are solved.

Now, lets go to updates:
- as av khan mentioned (will be published in a separate article today or tomorrow), strength requirement is removed, and IRC activity is now mandatory
- starting of next week, there will be NO weekly supplies in SSG. Instead, you will get weapons for showing up on IRC when needed (as mentioned in PM I have sent few days ago, will be more explained in av khan's article)
- we lost two parties to PTO. I again call people to move from Stone Ocean (atm called "revolution") to Vento Aureo, and from all others to PRF! I have no need to explain once again why this is important.
- there will be some changes made within NSC, people will be informed about it.
