[BOP] The Proteus vs The Ninja

Welcome to the latest issue of the Black Order Press! Today, we have a special guest! He’s an amazing Fed with a lot of experience and great orange/brown hair! His name is Scott Pilgrim! Wait… No… That’s not right… His name is… Oh right! PAUL PROTEUS!!!!!



Paul Proteus was walking, talking on the phone with fingerguns when suddenly, a ninja, clad in crimson garbs, appeared before him in a puff of smoke. Paul jumped backwards, startled. “Ummm… I’m gonna have to call you back…” He said before hanging up the phone. “Ummm… Is there something I can do for you?”

The ninja straightened up and removed his mask, revealing a young man with white hair and a red scar over his left eye. He pulled out a pen and paper. “Let me interview you, Paul.” The ninja said bluntly.

Paul blinked twice, clearly shocked. “Crimson… You want to… interview me?” The ninja nodded. Paul shrugged. “Sure. Why not.”



Interview



Thank you for allowing me to interview you, Paul! My first question for you is... which do you prefer, Ninjas or Samurais?

Samurais. They're awesome, they're an actual historical thing and Kurosawa movies are awesome.

Oh really? The ninja scribbled furiously Hurts a little, but moving on lol. When you first started playing, what brought you to the game and what kept you interested for so long?

Oh shit, just realized I was supposed to say Ninja. Oh well. I started playing on Day 802 because a friend from the real world was in Switzerland. Why I've stayed? I'm not entirely sure. Masochism? I'll let you know when I figure that one out.

Definitely have to be a little bit of a masochist to still be playing. So from what I've gathered since returning, you prefer to stay out of the political spotlight. Why's that?

Too much work. I used to be a lot more involved but it was too much of a time sink, and way too stressful. Now I try to most do things in my party or with my friends. In theory a game should be fun 😁

If that's the case, what advice can you give rising stars and political hopefuls to avoid the stress? Besides staying away from the political scene lol.

Don't take on way too much at once, if you do a job well you'll be noticed. Although get into every cabinet you can if you actually want an ePolitical career, just message people asking to do work. Generally there's work to be done. And also, avoid google docs and spreadsheets like the plague, if you can. You probably can't, but if you can lol

Good advice! That was the last question I had for you. I'm sure you know there's gonna be action story about you vs. me. Who do you think is gonna win?

Oh definitely you, I'm more of a lover than a fighter. Actually scratch that, is there a third option? Anyway, definitely not a fighter. And thanks for the interview man, it was a lot of fun.

Paull turned around to walk away, but is stopped when Crimsonninja put a hand on Paul’s shoulder and turned him back around. ”We’re still gonna fight,” he said before throwing down a smoke bomb and vanishing.
