The structure of our army will follow this picture:

Where,
- Austrian Special Forces
Our tanks, essentially Field Marshals with high strenght, these soldiers are able to travel to every corner of the New World to fight by Austria and our allies. They are our Elite Unit and have top priority in receiving resources.
- VI. Infantry Brigade
Here we can found most of our Generals, as ASF they are able to travel around the New World. They have second priority in receiving resources.
- VII. Infantry Brigade
Here are our Colonels, Captains, Lieutenants, Sergeants and Privates. Now they can't be a much difference at the Battlefield, but in the future they will be our Generals and Field Marshals. Rarely they will travel and will have third priority in a direct attack to Austria.
- Royal Guard
Our 'Division Reserve', because here are our Congressman, Party Presidents and the President, and they can't travel. Here we have soldiers with different patents and in a direct attack to Austria, the Field Marshals and Generals will receive top priority.

What is REQ for tank?
Usually Field Marshal Status. Basically someone who does enough damage that it's worth using gold so that they can fight extra times (or tank)
@Vaclav: the damage that the user can do, essentialy.
@Travis James: IF Austria suffer a direct attack. Who has to receive the resources? Now, unfortunately, we don't have conditions to support all soldiers.
@Matheusbauer: I'm not saying it's a bad plan, i think our higher damage soldiers SHOULD get the best resources. It's the only sane way to fight our wars. They are the one's who can build up our defensive wall, so I support this plan.

@Minotauro: Firstly, I divided by number of soldiers, to keep equality Units too, soon we'll have some changes, you can see our divisios in the forum. But, now, all of Special Forces can do 300+ with Q5 and 100 wellness.
