So this month in the AMP we have an exciting race going on for the position of Party President. All three candidates have shown great potential as well as activity. They all are made up of the qualities that we hold dear in the American Military party. We are actually still trying to come up with those qualities but these three for sure encompass those qualities we haven't come up with yet... Lets see what each of these Candidates have to say for themselves!

Greeling

"I have been part of AMP for a long time and I want to see it succeed and I want to see its members succeed. AMP has recently been stuck with the same people running things for a while and leadership not having many members move up into it. I want to change that and start giving our members a chance to get involved. I am bringing back departments that always have position open for members to help out. I am going to help push the AMP and get it back in the public’s eye and make sure they know that the AMP is still as great as ever.

The last reason is because everything needs more greeling and the best way for AMP to get greeling is by making me PP. On a serious note I will do what I can to make AMP proud if I get elected and will work hard to make sure that I will never let you down."

Yui MHCP001

"1. Drive and Activity Level

I believe that out of the 3 candidates, I’m bringing the most ambition and drive with me into the primaries. I’ve started to begin feeling passionate about playing eRepublik and what happens to people and things in it, and that’s something that has never happened before. I am also almost always on eRep and IRC, so I can respond to people who have questions, or if there’s a problem within the party that needs to be resolved, in a quicker fashion. I believe these two factors lead to more work being done in a shorter time frame.

2. Main Goal
Both of the other candidates appear to have 3 major goals, while I only have 1. My main goal is Recruitment and Retention. I want to purely focus on recovering back our lost memberships and distancing ourselves from the SFP in terms of numbers. My hope is to get AMP back to position 3 in the standings, while improving our image with various activities for the party.

3. Sub goals
I will only be putting attention to my sub goals when I cannot do anything more to achieve the main goal, or if the main goal has already been achieved. Some of my sub goals are;
Using older players to help newer players start off this game right
Taking advantage of the newer players’ strengths while improving their weaknesses
Improving relations with SFP after the deal from last month (apparently) went south
Increasing AMP’s media presence with help from DoM
Using AMP’s idle treasury.
Smiting down Senryaku for betraying me, the bastard (/sarcasm)

4. Chief of Staff
I’m nowhere near the most experienced out of the 3 candidates. It’s why I made sure my Chief of Staff was the most experienced person that I knew and trusted. With BeachBunny as my CoS, she provides insightful guidance and can make sure I don’t crash the party into the ground, although I’m confident I will not do such a thing."
