[AMP] Democracy is Good

Well here we are again.



So, fellow AMP members. I like democracy. It is no secret that I think the solution to every problem is by taking away power from the few and giving it to the many. Which is why I am proud to announcethe AMP’s first ever congressional primary!!!

Thanks to the previous administration, we have amended our constitution and now we have Congressional Primaries! Every party member is allowed three votes to vote for anyone on that list! When the primary ends on the 22nd, I will be organizing our official line up in-game depending on who wins the most votes in the primary 🙂

There are only two caveats with votes: you may not vote for the same person multiple times, and you may not vote for yourself. Other than that, you are welcome to vote and set up the AMP’s next caucus!!



AMP Charity Drive

The AMP Charity Drive is officially up. From the start of the term, I envisioned the AMP Charity Drive as the hub of our party’s activity. I wanted to make one collective pool of all AMP supplies so we can know at all times what we can give out, and so we can fund all of our many programs, as well as random giveaways and game night. Please, if you have extra food or tanks laying around, donate! They will be put to good use and given to people that need it!

eAMP Radio
After the resounding success of our inaugural show, eAMP Radio is back, and this time, we will be co-hosting a show with Federalists on Monday, January 21st at 18:00 erep time! I had a blast on the show the whole time last Thursday, so I will be returning to the show on Monday. Expect laughs, expect tears (especially from the Federalist side 😉 ), and expect a fun night on eAMPR.



The Writers’ Guild!

The Writers’ Guild will be cranking out its first articles in the next few days! We need writers! To join, please post here! You will not be expected to do anything you don’t want to. This program is supposed to be mutually beneficial for the writer and the party: the party gets advertised by the writer, and the writer gets advertised by the party. It’s a win/win!

The one thing we need to work out before you publish is a schedule. In order for the article to be as successful as possible, we need it to be published on a day that no other AMP related articles are being published.

The easiest first article for any member to write is ”Why I am AMP!” I am looking forward to seeing the articles being cranked out of this guild 🙂



I really feel back in my element again. I feel a huge rush to get everything we need to in order as quickly as possible; a rush I haven’t felt in almost a two years. This party has the power to reinvigorate even the oldest of the old. We are entering day four of my term, and I’m still as excited as I was when I was elected. Talking to all of you as much as I have since I won has really rekindled the fire for me. I really hope I’m living up to, or even exceeding everyone’s expectations! When tit comes to the AMP, I give it my absolute all. Because this party, and all of the people inside of it deserve that.
