Hello,
Let me not waste any time and proceed further straight away.
Here is some information about ePhilippines. As we know, India has already
singed an MPP with ePhilippines. So the country needs no introduction. However, its worth nothing that, ePhilippines are having a tough time fighting eIndonesia and seriously need our help. They were wiped off the map recently but have managed to come back and get one region. There current goals for this term are

1. To finish with 2 regions with them.
2. To finish with a congress.

Here are a few lines of conversion I had with the Vice President of ePhilippines.

When asked about the current happenings in ePhilippines, Slothen said, "We are assembling our forces and focusing on responding eIndonesia on every blow the land on us. Focusing to retake our lost regions. This time with a bit tighter schedule than last time(with a smile). That is, we are not going to let their occupation last for months. Well, on other news there are of course the upcoming congress elections. It is always a thrilling period, but should not yield any unexpected results, as everyone in ePH are united under one flag."

When asked about their views of EDEN alliance, Slothen said,"We are continuously fighting against eIndonesia. They attacked us, and now we are on defense. eIndonesia is an important member in ONE, so we have only little or no hope of getting any of their allies to protect us.
Moreover, we have been throughout our history at very close terms with our other Southeastern Asian neighbours like eChina. So under those circumstances, I think it is rather logical that the ePhilippines is facing eIndonesia with EDEN help. "
