Greetings, dear friends and allies!

親愛的盟國朋友們!

We are extremely glad to announce the birth of the new alliance Circle of Trust!

我們非常高興地宣布新的聯盟Circle of Trust!(COT)的誕生！

The alliance is now officially established and ratified by the heads of state on behalf of the countries of Bulgaria, Chile, Switzerland, New Zealand, South Korea, Peru and Paraguay) on the basis of this Charter.

該聯盟正式成立，並經由保加利亞、智利、瑞士、紐西蘭、韓國、秘魯和巴拉圭(編按:沒有猴子)的國家元首批准加入。

In this pilot article of the alliance, we would like to write about a lot of things.

我們想在這個聯盟的(第一份報紙)試點文章，於是寫了很多東西。

First of all, we would like to congratulate Peru, Paraguay and South Korea for their long dreamed freedom! They really deserved it after the great battles they lead and won recently!

This is also the moment to say that the main goal in front of the alliance is not much different - all member-states to have congress for the next month. We will try to do whatever it costs to ensure that this goal is carried out in full!

And last but not least, we would like to bring to the attention of all member-states’ communities that we are forming Mobile Forces of CoT.

Structure

The squad will carry out the orders of the Commander of CoT or from the Military Assistants.

這隻部隊將會依照指揮官或助理的指示行動

People from Divisions 2,3 and 4 are being recruited, 30 per divison. There will be funding of 20 tanks per day and it is required attendance at a Command channel and fighting for at least 120-140 hits per day. There will be additional funding in crucial battles and constant movements and assaults, which of course will be funded too.

我們將會募集D2、D3、D4各30人，每天給他們20坦，但他們需要上指揮頻道輸出，而且每天至少要打出120~140槍。

Objectives

- Fighting only for CoT or exceptionally for other friends and allies.

Requirements

- 120-140 hits per day by following an order;
- Attendance at the Command channel;
- Wearing a template framework in the avatar. You can place your personal avatar within the frame;
- Easy form of accountability.
