World help plan [EN-ES]

Hello dear readers of the eWorld, this time I will write something different.
For months I have wondered what is happening in the eworld, many say that visa players killed of the game, another say that dish, others say new modifications, etc. But what I really think was killing the game is the selfishness of each player and each government.
If we begin to look more closely at this issue, we see that every time new players enter the game (even if it is one), the governments or players of each country help them only at the beginning with the basics and then abandon them to their fate.
Today I come to offer everyone a new project: to create a group of helpers of different nationalities with people who are eager to help new people in the new world, giving them them from the knowledge and resources they need in their first steps until they can walk by themselves.
It is a project that needs a lot of work and a lot of time to carry it out, but that this can be very helpful for our babies to stay in this game and make it grow more eRepublik, besides making more entertained this space in which many we invest a lot of time and even money in it. Project helpers will travel around the world to recruit new players and help them grow.
I am recruiting this group of world helpers to start as soon as possible with this project, anyone who wants to help just must send a private message here in English saying what is your mother tongue and why you want to help in the project. They also have to be enthusiastic to travel all over the world knowing new cultures, new races and with the objective of finding new players to help.
Please, spread this project throughout eRepublik so that you this get to the Plato Foundation Project and receive the financial help this project needs to make it work better . Thank you very much for your time and you are welcome to be part of this excellent project.

Hola queridos lectores del eMundo , en esta ocasión voy a escribir algo diferente.
Por meses me he preguntado que está pasando en el emundo , muchos dicen que los visas mataron el juegos , otro dicen que plato , otros dicen que las nuevas modificaciones , etc. Pero lo que en realidad creo que fue matando el juego es el egoísmo propio de cada jugador y de cada gobierno.
Si comenzamos a observar mas de lleno este tema , vemos que cada vez que entran nuevos jugadores al juego (aunque sea uno) , los gobiernos o jugadores de cada pais los ayudan solo al principio con lo básico y luego los abandonan a su suerte.
Hoy vengo a ofrecerle a todo el mundo un nuevo proyecto : crear un grupo de ayudantes de distintas nacionalidades con personas que tengan muchas ganas de ayudar a los nuevos del nuevo mundo , previniéndolos de conocimiento y recursos que necesiten en sus primeros pasos hasta que puedan caminar por si solos.
Es un proyecto que necesita mucho trabajo y mucho tiempo para llevarlo a cabo , pero que puede ser de mucha ayuda para que nuestros bebes se queden en este juego y podamos hacer crecer mucho mas a eRepublik , ademas hacer mas entretenido este espacio en el cual muchos invertimos mucho tiempo y hasta dinero en el. Los ayudantes del proyecto irán y viajaran por todo el mundo con el objetivo de reclutar nuevos jugadores y ayudarlos a crecer.
Estoy reclutando a este grupo de ayudantes mundiales para empezar cuanto antes con este proyecto , todo aquel que quiera ayudar solo debe mandarme un mensaje privado aquí en ingles diciendo cual es su lengua materna y porque desea ayudar en el proyecto. Ademas tienen que estar entusiasmado de viajar por todo el eMundo conociendo nuevas culturas , nuevas razas y con el objetivo de encontrar nuevos jugadores a los cuales ayudar.
Por favor , difundir este proyecto por todo eRepublik para que pueda llegar a la vista de Plato Foundation Project y recibir la ayuda económica que le hace falta a este proyecto para que funcione mejor. Muchas gracias por su tiempo y usted es bienvenido para ser parte de este excelente proyecto.

It is not a bad idea, but your project idea is not very elaborate.
How are you going to spot the new players, in the first place.
In the second place, isn't it better to just write articles and frankly find people who are willing to translate it into their mother tongue.
And in the third place, you should be really careful with giving new players resources. They may just go down the drain.
The same helpers are going to travel all over the word in order to help these governments with the new ones, raising them and helping them to grow.

Maybe players can change a game, but you have to know. Creator(Plato) has "The final decision".
Seen "New" World maps system, like garbage in general.
Seen Alliance system, like garbage in general.
Seen Daily order, like garbage in general.
Seen Politics system, like garbage in general.
I can cite more example, but no sense.
Plato just want to tell we need to change, not him.
This is not picky, but a great game will not be so many old and bad systems didn't change.
As I said, they have to be less selfish in wanting to achieve your own success and try to improve something.

Interesante, habría que planear y plantear más detalles al respecto, pero sin duda creo que es una buena iniciativa. Y sí, es súper notorio este aire egoísta y cuadrado que cubre al juego actualmente, desde la forma de pegar y producir, hasta la forma de interactuar y en los gobiernos (no es indirecta ni nada así, me refiero en general), en la prensa, ¡uf! Ni se diga.
Estoy trabajando aun mas en el proyecto , esto no es todo. Faltan algunas cosas , pero lo que quiero que quede bien claro es que ese grupo de jugadores que reúna va a viajar por todo el mundo ayudando a los respectivos gobiernos con los nuevos jugadores aunque van a ser independientes de dicho gobierno. Pero van a viajar por todo el eMundo.

Alguien recuerda cómo se llamaba la multi e.asiática que iba de e.país en e.país regalando chunches y transmigrando de e.cuepo baneado en e.cuepo baneado? jejeje! Era la onda!
Hay que ser realistas, el juego no es divertido. A algunos les gusta por la interacción social y poco más, pero avanzar en el juego es cosa de años entrenando a diario y quién quiere un juego así? jaja. Yo juego por costumbre, por obesisividad... pero para divertirme juego age of empires :v

Es que el Concejo solo decide sobre la exposición del artículo. Agradezco su disposición para resolver inquietudes y no es por querer molestar, pero se necesita una idea más clara. Esencialmente se busca responder en que se gastaría el patrocinio/beca.
