Some people asked me to expand on the University idea.



How it would work is as follows...

It will be forum based with categories for each discipline.
The following are some ideas on which subjects to teach

Defence strategy, Workings of Alliances, How the Battle page works, MPPs & NE, MUs

Economy, `How the markets work & how to play them to make money, Licences and how they help you trade

Government, how elections work, Election Strategy, Laws that Congress can make, Powers of the CP

Companies, how to run companies, how to make money from companies, which companies should I build.

And so on

Wise old citizens give classes and the University is an independent institution headed by a Dean



Finally Irasian has agreed to become my Minister of New Citizens, as the guy has literally wrote the book on this job we all know a better MoNC we could not find.
